Code is the last active Inner from Kara. Carrying Isshiki Ōtsutsuki's legacy within him, he inherited the Ōtsutsuki Clan's will to become a Celestial Being and continually evolve. At the time Kawaki was brought to Kara, Code was one of fifteen candidates selected to participate in Jigen and Amado's Ōtsutsuki ritual to screen for a Kāma vessel for Isshiki. Only Kawaki survived to become an actual vessel. Code, on the other hand, displayed shaking and spasms such as the unsuccessful and deceased candidates, but managed to survive upon which his branded mark became a White Kāma.

Sometime after the Ōtsutsuki ritual and already deeply loyal to Isshiki, Code was so jealous to see only Kawaki proved viable as Isshiki's next vessel that he came to openly hate Kawaki and even made it clear that if Kawaki weren't the vessel, Code would kill him with his own hands. Meanwhile, with the astounding reaction that took place in Code's body borne of the Kāma implant and mutation, Code's combat abilities came to exceed Jigen's. While anyone in Kara who became stronger than Jigen through modifications would normally be disposed of to avoid undermining his position of leader, Code was exempted due to his unwavering loyalty, leading Amado to instead install limiters in Code's body that only the scientist could deactivate. Being an Inner of Kara, Code is regarded as completely monstrous in terms of power. While the true extent of his power is unknown, Amado has noted that his peak combat abilities far exceed Jigen's, making him the strongest member of Kara next to the resurrected Isshiki. Even with his limiters in place, he is apparently still among the stronger Inners, being considered stronger than Delta, Boro, and possibly a match for Koji Kashin. Amado also believes that void of the Nine-Tails, Code's suppressed might could possibly defeat the Seventh Hokage. He was also trusted to guard the valuable Ten-Tails. He can also use the Yin Release to perform the Genjutsu Communication. He has shown advanced hand-to-hand combat prowess, able to easily dodge and counter Kawaki's attacks. Having had his body thoroughly modified with Scientific Ninja Tools by Amado, Code is able to weaponize portions of his body. These bands will adhere to anything they come in contact with and act as a personal portal he can pass through, either partially or completely, allowing him to strike from any location the bands touch. Unlike the other Inners of Kara whose combat abilities were enhanced by Amado, Code was given additional modifications as limiters to restrain the tremendous power he gained from the White Kāma. As a failed vessel of Isshiki Ōtsutsuki that survived the procedure, Code bears a White Kāma which grants him access to his master's "pure power". Though the extent of its abilities remains unknown, according to Amado, the way his body responded to the White Kāma gave him abnormally great power, exceeding even Jigen's. However, it is unable to absorb jutsu. As noted by Isshiki, in time it will allow him to transform into a complete, perfect Ōtsutsuki and carry out the clan's will of devouring worlds and evolving in order to attain godhood. When activated, it spreads grey markings along the left side of its body forming a pattern that almost mirrors Jigen's, extending to the left eye.

Daemon is a member of Kara. Daemon and his older sister were equipped with Shinobi-Ware by Amado in his hopes of bringing down Isshiki Ōtsutsuki's host Jigen. After learning that Daemon and his sister are among the cyborgs with the capabilities to defeat him, Isshiki ordered their destruction. Boro, who was captivated by Ada, had secretly hid the siblings away at one of his hidden establishments. Daemon is a very energetic and mischievous child. He enjoys playing with others and can quickly grow attached to certain people. At the same time, he is fiercely protective of his sister, not letting anyone with less than sincere goals about her near. Likewise, he is very loyal to her orders, willing to keep quiet about things he would like to tell otherwise.

 

Daemon turned out to be sentimental as he got angry after Bug tried to run away without even talking to him. Once engaging in battle, he is very sadistic and remorseless. He enjoys fighting, quickly getting excited when Code pulled him into one, and just as disappointed when Code sent him back away from it. Daemon is a young boy with short, turquoise hair that has a pink-coloured streaks in it, with purple eyes and yellow pupils. He wears a red hoodie jacket with star patterns over a turquoise shirt, red shorts tied with a white belt and dark sandals. He also has yellow nail polish on his fingernails and toe nails. As with most members in Kara, Daemon has been modified with Scientific Ninja Tools by Amado. While the true depths of his power are unknown, Amado has noted that his combat abilities exceed Jigen's. He is shown to be rather fast and stealthy, able to instantly sneak out of his pod and catch Code off-guard. He also has advanced taijutsu skill, able to break a grown man's neck with a single kick. Daemon's signature ability is to instantly, even without intent or awareness, turn an opponent's attack on him against them. Ada claims that the mere mental image of the killing scene is enough to trigger a reflection, which scales with killing intent. She considers Daemon the only non-Ōtsutsuki capable of killing her. After Ada had awoken and formed a partnership with Code, she ordered Bug to awaken Daemon. Daemon quickly jumped out of his stasis pod to ride Code's back, questioning if he is his sister's "new man". He quickly calmed down when Ada assured him that Code was only a new friend and not her type of man. When Boro's guards learned of Code's intrusion, they attacked the cyborgs, only for Daemon to use his ability to reflect their attacks back at them, killing them all. Later, Daemon quickly began warming up to Code, constantly forcing himself on Code for rides. As Daemon turned his attention to Bug who was trying to escape, Code suddenly struck at the boy with his Claw Marks, which were instantly reflected back on Code. Code explained that he wanted to better understand how Daemon's power worked, explaining that his marks let him teleport to wherever they are. As Daemon found the power cool, Code asked how the boy's power works. While wanting to tell Code, Daemon was forbidden by his sister. While Ada was guiding Code on Kawaki's location, Daemon slept on her lap. He was woken up by her pleas for Code not to kill Kawaki, but she told him to go back to sleep. When Kawaki activated his new Kāma, granting him access to Isshiki's powers, he began to overwhelm Code, shrinking his Claw Marks to prevent him from escaping. When he was about to blast Code, Code pulled Daemon through the Claw Mark on his face, reflecting Kawaki's attack back at him. This woke Daemon up, just for Code to send him back to Ada. She informed Code that it Kawaki had died, she'd have sent Daemon to kill him.

Amado is a former Inner from the organisation Kara and the head of its research and development division. He has since defected to Konohagakure, where he used a mix of bluffs and gifts to gain official citizenship for the Hokage's protection. Amado had a daughter who died twelve years prior to Isshiki's assault on Konoha. In his quest to kill Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, Amado joined Kara and was granted the rank of Inner, serving as the head of its research and development division. He even created cyborgs that exceeded Jigen's power, Ada and Daemon, but the latter quickly ordered them to be eliminated. Amado imbued Ada with the ability to become irresistibly attractive to anyone except blood relatives or the Ōtsutsuki clan and imbued Daemon with the ability to instantly turn an opponent's attack against him. Ada's skill prevented Boro from getting rid of her and her brother as ordered, and Ada came to hate Amado for taking the ability to be genuinely loved from her.

 

At some point after this, Amado came up with an alternate scheme against Isshiki when he acquired genetic information of Jiraiya, and used it to create a clone, Koji Kashin, who became his secret ally in their goal of killing Isshiki through his vessel in Jigen. During his time within the organisation, Amado has gained complete knowledge of Kara and the Ōtsutsuki Clan. Because of this, Jigen had forbidden him to ever leave headquarters; to do so would amount to treason that could well result in Amado's execution. As an Inner of Kara, Amado is described as having completely monstrous abilities. Amado is fast enough to easily close the distance between him and Shikadai Nara in an instant and bind him upon being freed from his paralysis. He can also use Yin Release to project an image of himself to talk with people from a distance. Amado is an exceptionally intelligent man with exceedingly advanced knowledge in science and technology, with Kawaki describing him as a technological genius. Even Katasuke Tōno, Konoha's lead scientist and a recognised genius himself, openly acknowledged Amado's talents as well beyond his own. He single-handedly greatly augment the various abilities of the Inners and likewise can create cyborgs whose power exceeded Jigen. He provided Jigen with the means to improve the chances of candidate being compatible with Kāma. He could also clone humans. Using the DNA of Jiraiya, he created a perfect clone the legendary Sannin in his prime in Koji Kashin. He also created a drug that weakens the Byakugan in the hopes of defeating Isshiki, and was useful in stopping Momoshiki from reincarnating in Boruto's body. In the anime, his technological prowess was such that he could even revive the recently deceased. While his true capabilities remain unknown, Amado is shown to be a very methodical and knowledgeable man. Well-prepared, he skilfully uses a variety of technology to prevail. He is also shown to be a proficient tactician and deceiver, planning several steps ahead, such as pretending to plant an explosive collar device on Shikadai to use him as a leverage to fool Shikamaru and Konoha. He also came up with a successful plan to force Isshiki Ōtsutsuki to reincarnate in Jigen's body and simultaneously remove Kawaki's Kāma, which even earned him Isshiki's praise. As head of Kara's research and development division, Amado has been credited with the development of all of its fearsome Shinobi-ware and cyborgs. His technological genius directly resulted in the proliferation and advancement of scientific ninja tools far beyond the Scientific Ninja Weapons Team's combined capabilities, having been able to invent a number of uniquely powerful devices or expand upon those already distributed. He has also designed the organisation's autonomous puppets, used for fighting or otherwise simple tasks. Each member of Kara was granted monstrous capabilities while outfitted with his technological advancements. Amado noted that he was even able to design cyborgs with capabilities that surpassed Jigen in terms of power, leading the latter to order their disposal. Among them were cyborgs that held unique abilities to perceive current and past events and to instantly reflect an opponent's attack. He also managed to modify Ada with the ability to infatuate those around her, protecting her from harm and submitting to her demands. Other powerful devices were implemented into Kara's cyborgs, including those that could heal virtually any injury, weapons that could counter an individual's regenerative abilities, and devices that could absorb, store, and release absorbed ninjutsu. He also developed a powerful virus capable of incapacitating those who are exposed to it. He was even able to modify Kawaki, Delta, and Code down to the circulatory and nervous systems, implanting an extremely high level of Shinobi-Ware in the form of microscopic scientific ninja tools throughout their entire bodies. Similarly, Amado was able to extensively augument Ao with Shinobi-ware, effectively rehabilitating him enough to engage in intense combat. Even the genius engineer, Katasuke Tōno, expressed awe at the level with which Amado had turned Kawaki into a living Scientific Ninja Tool and later noting that it was above his own level of expertise. Amado is also capable of restoring the arm Kawaki lost to Delta's Destruction Beam. Such modifications afforded him the opportunity to include power-limitters and shutdown commands into their shinobi-ware. Amado makes regular use of computers and tablets, using them to store the organisation's most vital information, monitor his teammates when operating on them, or check the status of his other scientific ninja tools. Amado has revealed a number of tools that he can summon into his possession. Even when immobilised, he can programme them to activate with slight gestures. He makes use of devices such as explosive collars and a drug capable of instantly knocking people out that he administers through needles from his gloves. Against Shikadai, he used a tool shaped like a tuning fork to repel and nullify techniques that require concentration, such as the former's Shadow Imitation Technique. Ada is a member of Kara. In his plot to kill Jigen, Amado heavily modified Ada, along with her younger brother Daemon with Shinobi-Ware with capabilities exceeding that of Jigen. The effects of her modifications left her forever despising Amado. Because of her superior might, Jigen had ordered for her disposal. Boro was given the order. However, affected by Ada's powers, Boro could not bring himself to complete the task, and instead hid Ada and Daemon in a remote location operated by his cult for his own uses. As with most members in Kara, Ada had been modified with Scientific Ninja Tools by Amado. While the true depths of her power is unknown, and she claims she can only use taijutsu,Amado has noted that her combat abilities exceed Jigen's. Ada has the power of clairvoyance, able to perceive everything that is currently happening in the world and all that has happened in the past, up to the point she was born. From her modifications, her very presence makes all who sees her, man or woman, with the exception of blood relatives and Ōtsutsuki, automatically infatuated with her to the point they cannot hurt her. After the deaths of both Boro and Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, Code located Boro's hidden establishment managed by Bug. Bug stated he would lend Ada to Code if he was paid, where she was found in stasis. Upon awakening, she indifferently passed Code. Code initially subdued her, but found himself unable to strike her down despite her provocation.

 

Ada merely stated she just wanted to freshen up before talking. After doing so, she and Code discussed her abilities. She also knew about Isshiki's demise and Code's goal of killing all those responsible. She assured him that only through Amado's cooperation, or at least the code word said in his voice and his modified iris scan, would they be able to remove the scientist's limiters on Code. It was also noted that with the Ōtsutsuki-modifications that both Boruto Uzumaki and Kawaki underwent from their respective Kāma, either would be a suitable offering to further the God Tree development, and one of them could potentially be the boyfriend she desired. Ultimately, Ada agreed to help Code use her visions to keep him ahead of the enemies. Ada began revealing all the current events of Code's enemies through her Senrigan, she also revealed her limited skill set in actual combat. This made Code bring up the possibility that despite her interest in making Boruto or Kawaki her mate, there was still a chance they might try to kill her, since they were unaffected by her powers. Ada suggested they have Bug awaken her brother Daemon. Immediately, the boy showed his protectiveness to her, but Ada calmed him down by assuring him that Code was just a friend and not her type, to Daemon's surprise. Several guards of the hideout came to destroy them per their directives, who Daemon swiftly killed with his power to instantly reflect their attacks back on them. Later, as Daemon quickly began warming up to Code, he tried to get the boy to explain the full nature of his power. Before Daemon could answer, Ada forbade him, noting that it was too early to tell Code everything about them. Later, as Daemon was sleeping soundly in Ada's lap, she used her Senrigan to detect that Kawaki was alone near the outside of Konohagakure. Code decided to take advantage of this opportunity. She continued to guide his movements until Code met with Kawaki. Her pleas for Code not to kill Kawaki woke Daemon up, but she told him to go back to sleep. Ada kept watching as Boruto joined them. She was pleased that Kawaki wanted to meet her, having deduced someone could convince Code not to seek vengeance on him, and was flustered by Boruto's dedication to protecting Kawaki. When Boruto managed to unleash more power from his Kāma, Code asked Ada how Boruto still held his conscience, she suggested it was due to Amado's medications and ordered Code to make sure he didn't lose before regaining his full power. Ada kept watching as Boruto collapsed in pain. As she continued to watch the events, Momoshiki took control of Boruto again. As he pressured Code in battle, Ada advised him to retreat. When the situation became further complicated with Naruto and Shikamaru's arrival, she was surprised to see Kawaki absorbing jutsu with a new Kāma to protect Naruto from Momoshiki. Ada speculated that Amado had no intention of letting Kawaki decide if he wanted a Kāma back, and believes he applied it when restoring Kawaki's right arm, knowing he'd crave power. She continued watching the fight between Kawaki and Momoshiki until Boruto emerged again, and agreeing with Kawaki's opinion of Momoshiki, pushed Naruto out of the way and allowed Kawaki to strike through his chest. Code pondered about his options, and Ada warned him she wouldn't let him sacrifice Kawaki. Kawaki stopped Code from leaving and began overwhelming him. He warned Code that his ally was also a target of his as an enemy of Naruto, and prepared to kill him. Code pulled Daemon through the Claw Mark on his face, reflecting Kawaki's attack back at him, knocking him out, and sending Daemon back through. He confirmed that Kawaki was alive, Ada warning him she'd send Daemon to kill him otherwise. After his return, Ada pointed out Code had no Claw Marks in the middle of Konoha, where Amado, who Code wanted to remove his power limiters, was protected. He assured her he had already taken measures for it.

Sarada Uchiha is a chūnin-level kunoichi from Konohagakure's Uchiha clan. Because she was raised only by her mother without having her father around, Sarada initially struggles to understand who she is or what she's supposed to be. After meeting him with the help of Naruto Uzumaki, Sarada comes to believe that she is defined by the connections she has with others, and as a member of Team Konohamaru, she seeks to someday become Hokage so that she can connect with as many people as possible. Sarada is the only child of Sakura and Sasuke Uchiha. She was born while Sakura was accompanying Sasuke on his travels, and was delivered with the help of Karin in one of Orochimaru's hideouts; as such, there is no record of her birth at the Konoha Hospital.

 

As a way to keep a connection with Sasuke, despite being happy for him, Karin kept the umbilical cord between Sakura and Sarada. After that, the family returned to Konoha to raise Sarada, where the two helped her learn to walk. During her father's absence from the village while gathering information on Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, she became ill with a high fever and afterwards began wearing glasses, which unknown to her were a gift from Karin. Due to the importance of the mission, her father wasn't around much, and it is because of this that she did not know anything about him, including what he physically looked like as an adult. Inheriting her father's prodigious talent, and her mother's intelligence, Sarada was evaluated at third in her Academy class, with her peers noting she would easily pass the Genin Exams, as well as her having what it takes to achieve her dream of becoming Hokage. As a kunoichi, she's regarded as an elite genin that excels in everything and stronger than her father was at her age. She is judged to have chūnin-level leadership and battle analysis skills by Konoha higher-ups, likewise with her actual combat skills. Upon gaining more practice with her Sharingan, she is able to defeat experienced shinobi like Buntan Kurosuki and Ashimaru. As an Uchiha, Sarada has powerful chakra with an adept control over that Sarada inherited from her mother. Even before graduating from the Academy, she could focus her chakra to augment her raw strength, letting her lift and hurl massive structures with ease or release the collected chakra in her strikes on contact with a target for devastating effect, such as cratering the ground However, originally she had low chakra reserves as she nearly passed out from over-usage of the Sharingan shortly after acquiring it. As such, Sakura began training Sarada to refine her control. Eventually, her chakra-enhanced punch became strong enough to slightly crack Deepa's carbon defense. She is also shown to be very adept in taijutsu, able to manoeuvre with great efficiency and strike from various angles. Sarada is very knowledgeable in ninjutsu. Like many Uchiha, Sarada has an affinity for ninja tools and her speciality is shurikenjutsu, gaining the highest marks in class. She is able to throw her weapons quickly and with precision, even precisely deflect a projectile with one of her own launched kunai. She has also shown similar aim while devoid of sight, able to perfectly hit the target mat six times in a row. While originally struggling with the skill, she gained proficiency in Medical Ninjutsu, able to focus her chakra to restart a person's cardiovascular system. In the anime, she is able to effectively perform Cooperation Ninjutsu and Fūinjutsu, able to use both to restrict a person's movements and increase the might of this alongside fellow users. Despite Sarada's age, she has been shown quite the talent for nature transformation. She has learned and can use Wind, Fire, Lightning and Yin Release. She is capable of using her father's techniques such as the Uchiha's coming of age Great Fireball Technique, as well as Chidori. Using Lightning, Sarada can infuse into Fūma Shuriken to stun or knock back an opponent. In the anime, after copying many of Buntan's lightning-based techniques, Sarada could create orbs, streams, and even a protective armour out of lightning. She also later copied the Wind Release: Gale Palm from Mitsuki, which she can use in collaboration with her team-mates to launch her allies for a quick assault. In the anime, she awakened the second tomoe in both Sharingan during her second battle against Deepa. By the time Jigen invaded Konohagakure, she awakened a third tomoe in both Sharingan, which when concentrated acts like a microscope, allowing Sarada to clearly identify things as small as viruses.

Mitsuki is a synthetic human that was created as a partial clone of Orochimaru. Immigrating to Konohagakure to confirm whether or not Boruto Uzumaki was his "sun", he became a shinobi and was placed on Team Konohamaru. Mitsuki is an exceptionally talented shinobi for his age, noted by Orochimaru as potentially more powerful than the Sannin himself. In the Academy, he greatly excelled in both ninja and scholastic learning, and by his graduation exam, fought Shino Aburame into submission (albiet he only destroyed a marker to eliminate Shino). He easily progressed to the finals of the Chūnin Exams, and is regarded as skilled as a chūnin. As a clone of Orochimaru, Mitsuki has extremely high chakra levels for his age, enough to achieve Sage Mode. He is extremely quick and agile, able to avoid attacks and redirect them against the enemy. Very advanced in taijutsu, Mitsuki's fighting style is shown to be very fluid and graceful, able to seamlessly slip through his opponent's defences and strike with great flexibility. Akin to a snake, his speciality appears to be body holds and choke-outs. He was also able to hold his own against Suigetsu Hōzuki in a brief scuffle. As a synthetic clone created by Orochimaru, he was designed to be genetically perfect. He can heal from minor injuries within seconds with no lingering signs, regenerate lost limbs over time, and does not require food or water for sustenance. Mitsuki can morph his fingernails into claws, possesses infrared ray detection and can hear low-frequency waves. Mitsuki's body structure is noted to be exceptionally resilient, able to endure more damage than most. Also, his immune system can resist more infections as well as recover from those he cannot in short periods of time. Mitsuki is able to communicate with animals, clearly understanding them and ask of their aid. Mitsuki's signature ability is the Soft Physique Modification technique, letting him stretch or contort his body to use as weapons and restraints. He can shatter barriers simply by touching them. As he was carrying a sword for a mission, it implies skill in kenjutsu. In the anime, he showed considerable cutting prowess, able to slice cleanly through a metal beam. Mitsuki possess the ability to use Sage Transformation, able to activate with ease. Unique to him, he gains a cyan chakra shroud that forms into ethereal snakes around his body to aid in his attack range allowing him to grab and bite opponents, and he grows out a single horn from his forehead. His speed increases tremendously, as shown when he was able to snatch a scroll and key from Orochimaru before he had realised that Mitsuki had moved. Mitsuki is also able to achieve Sage Mode, which is noted to be a dangerous power when used in conjunction with Sage Transformation for too long. Prolonged usage causes Mitsuki's cells to breakdown, damaging his organs beyond repair, requiring him to be put on life-support and for Orochimaru to grow him new ones from scratch.

Kawaki is a child raised by Kara to be the future vessel for Isshiki Ōtsutsuki and the key to the fulfilment of their greatest wish. After being brought to Konohagakure by Team 7, he is taken in by Naruto Uzumaki who raises him as his own, during which he develops a brotherly bond with Boruto Uzumaki to solve the mystery of the Kāma. Later, after passing a necessary test, Kawaki was accepted as a Konoha genin. Even without chakra and before becoming a shinobi, Kawaki is still a remarkably powerful fighter, having been brutally trained in armed and unarmed combat by Jigen to master his various enhancements. With the power he wields, he able to easily destroy dozens of dangerous robotic puppets and would have killed Team Konohamaru with a single attack had Boruto not absorbed it with his own Kāma. Inners of Kara have openly praised Kawaki's might. Kawaki was hypothesised to be an incredible shinobi if he could learn to use ninjutsu along with his previous abilities. Kawaki possesses the Kāma mark of Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, which he acquired when the Ōtsutsuki branded him in hopes of making him his vessel. Having proved compatible with the mark, Kawaki's body has gradually been rewritten at a genetic level to be reborn as a "perfect Ōtsutsuki". With the continued advancement of this mark, Kawaki has begun to subconsciously access a transformed state, manifesting a small horn on the left side of his head.
